They are here at last.  Schubie and Mopsy are the proud parents to 11 bouncy babies! 8 boys and 3 girls.  Everyone is doing great, Mama is happy to be down a few pounds I'm sure and the babies are all gaining well and happy at the milk bar!  

I was so happy when Cindy agreed to let us use Schubie on Mopsy.  This is almost the exact pedigree of the breeding I was hoping to do with Fluffy and Benji, just in reverse.  Click on their names to see their pedigrees.  By combining these pedigrees, we have the top dogs in Europe.  I can not wait to see how they develop.

Everyone's here, bellies full and catching a few zzzzz's.

        We start our babies early with lots of handling and new sights, smells and textures.  We start on Day 3 with what is called "Early Neurological Stimulation."  It is a five quick exercises for the puppies that we do every day with each one of them until they are a couple of weeks old.  At the same time, as soon as they are ready we start with "Puppy Culture".  It is a lot of work but who doesn't like playing with (ok training) puppies?  I really do believe that this makes a huge difference in each puppy and how they develop and are able to adapt and grow into well behaved, well rounded members of our families.
